Vintage 1940s Metal Lawn Rocking Chair. Comfortable, very well made, made to last, 1940s vintage, rocking chair.

Chair is designed so that it has little holes in the back and in the seat. I guess to increase air flow. Chair has been in the family since the 1940s, in Indianapolis, Indiana. Height - measured from ground to top of the back of the chair - 32. Width of Seat - at widest point - 17 1/2.

Depth of Seat - 17 1/2. Back Height - 18 3/4. Width from One Armrest to Other Armrest - measured from far side of one armrest, to far side other armrest - 22. Chair has surface rust, some of the rust has pitting and blemishes, paint missing/pealing, scratches, soiling, dings, wear & scuffs.

I did a gentle cleaning. I left the chair pretty much as is. Overall, this chair is a very well made, made to last, good solid piece. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
